These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and WalleTrip ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the WalleTrip mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By using WalleTrip, you acknowledge that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms
• Are at least 13 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

2. Description of Service

WalleTrip is a mobile application designed to help you:

• Track and manage travel expenses
• Scan and process receipt images
• Convert between multiple currencies
• Organize expenses by trip and category
• Generate expense reports
• Sync data across your devices (optional)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Account and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

While basic features of WalleTrip can be used without creating an account, certain features may require registration. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Lifetime Premium Purchase

4.1 Free vs. Premium

WalleTrip offers both free and premium features:

• Free Version: Basic expense tracking with limitations
• Lifetime Premium: Unlimited features with a one-time purchase of $2.99

4.2 Pricing and Payment

• Lifetime Premium is available for a one-time payment of $2.99 USD
• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store
• Prices are displayed in your local currency
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or Apple's policies
• There are no recurring subscription charges

4.3 Refunds

Refund requests must be made through Apple's App Store. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund:

2. Sign in with your Apple ID
3. Find your WalleTrip purchase
4. Follow Apple's refund request process

5. User Content and Data

5.1 Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you create, upload, or store using WalleTrip, including:

• Expense records and transaction data
• Receipt images and documents
• Trip information and notes
• Reports and exports

5.2 License to Use Your Data

By using WalleTrip, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Process and store your data to provide the Service
• Use OCR technology to extract information from your receipts
• Sync your data across your devices (if you enable this feature)
• Generate reports and analytics for your personal use

5.3 Data Accuracy

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of all data you enter or upload
• Reviewing and verifying OCR-extracted information
• Maintaining backup copies of important data
• Using the Service in compliance with applicable tax and accounting laws

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the Service to commit fraud or financial crimes
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated scripts or bots without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Rights

WalleTrip and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

This includes:

• The WalleTrip name, logo, and branding
• App design, interface, and user experience
• Source code and software
• Documentation and help content
• Algorithms and proprietary technology

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use WalleTrip for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

8. Third-Party Services

WalleTrip may integrate with or link to third-party services, including:

• Apple App Store and iCloud
• Currency exchange rate providers
• Analytics and crash reporting services

We are not responsible for:

• The availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services
• Third-party privacy policies or practices
• Any damages resulting from third-party services

9. Disclaimers and Warranties

9.1 No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of OCR results
• Warranties that the Service meets your specific requirements
• Warranties regarding currency conversion accuracy

9.2 Financial Advice Disclaimer

WalleTrip is a tool for tracking expenses only. We do not provide:

• Financial, tax, or accounting advice
• Legal advice or compliance guidance
• Investment recommendations
• Audit or verification services

You should consult with qualified professionals for financial, tax, and legal matters.

9.3 OCR Technology

While we strive for accuracy, our receipt scanning technology may produce errors. You must:

• Review all scanned information for accuracy
• Verify amounts, dates, and other details
• Not rely solely on automated scanning for important records

10. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or content
• Loss of goodwill or reputation
• Cost of substitute services
• Damages resulting from incorrect OCR scanning
• Tax penalties or accounting errors
• Currency conversion losses

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for WalleTrip ($2.99 USD for Lifetime Premium users, or $0 for free users).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WalleTrip and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of others
• Your content or data
• Your negligence or misconduct

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of WalleTrip is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to our privacy practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date
• We will notify you through the app or via email for material changes
• Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
• If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service

14. Termination

14.1 By You

You may stop using WalleTrip at any time and delete your account through the app settings.

14.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to WalleTrip immediately, without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms
• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue the Service
• We detect fraudulent or abusive behavior

14.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
• Your data may be deleted after a reasonable grace period
• Premium features will no longer be accessible
• Certain provisions of these Terms will survive (e.g., liability limitations)

15.1 Informal Resolution

15.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

15.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Haifa, Israel.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WalleTrip regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

19. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

20. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Additional terms for iOS users:

• These Terms are between you and WalleTrip, not Apple
• Apple is not responsible for the app or its content
• Apple has no obligation to provide support
• In case of non-conformance, Apple's liability is limited to refund of purchase price
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms
• You must comply with Apple's App Store Terms of Service

By using WalleTrip, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these Terms
• You agree to be bound by these Terms
• You are legally capable of entering into this agreement
• You will use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
