Jack Perez ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Sudoku Prime - No Ads mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.

Information We Don't Collect

Sudoku Prime is designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect, transmit, or store:

• Personal information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
• Location data
• Usage analytics or tracking data
• Device information beyond what iOS provides automatically
• Any user-generated content

Local Data Storage

The App stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Game Progress: Your current and saved games
• Statistics: Your game completion times, streaks, and achievements
• Settings: Your preferences for sound, haptics, and themes
• Purchased Content: Records of hint purchases (via Apple's In-App Purchase system)

This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third parties.

In-App Purchases

Sudoku Prime offers optional in-app purchases for hint packs:

• 3 Hints - $1.99
• 10 Hints - $4.99
• Unlimited Hints - $9.99 (one-time purchase)

RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat, a third-party service, to manage in-app purchases. RevenueCat may collect minimal technical data necessary to process purchases, including:

• Anonymous device identifiers
• Purchase receipt data
• App version information

Apple In-App Purchases

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. Apple's privacy practices are governed by their Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy

Sudoku Prime is safe for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children or adults. The App does not contain:

• Social networking features
• Third-party advertising
• Analytics or tracking
• Links to external websites (except support email)

No Third-Party Analytics or Advertising

We do not use:

• Google Analytics or similar tracking services
• Facebook Pixel or social media trackers
• Advertising networks or ad SDKs
• Any third-party analytics tools

Sudoku Prime is completely ad-free and tracker-free.

Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device and we don't collect any information, the security of your data is managed by:

• iOS security features and encryption
• Your device passcode/biometric authentication
• Apple's iCloud backup (if enabled on your device)

Your Rights

Since we don't collect any personal data, there is no data to:

• Request deletion of
• Request correction of
• Request portability of

All game data is stored on your device and can be deleted by uninstalling the App.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have specific rights. However, since Sudoku Prime does not collect personal information, these rights do not apply as there is no personal information to access, delete, or opt out of selling.

European Privacy Rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), EU residents have specific rights. However, since Sudoku Prime does not collect or process personal data, GDPR obligations regarding data access, deletion, and portability do not apply.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:

• Providing an in-app notice (for significant changes)

Data Deletion

To delete all app data:

1. Uninstall Sudoku Prime from your device
2. All locally stored game progress, statistics, and settings will be permanently deleted

Note: Purchase history is maintained by Apple and cannot be deleted through the App. Contact Apple Support for purchase-related inquiries.
