Information You Provide

When you use ShiftFlow, you may provide:

• Shift data: Start/end times, breaks, tips, notes, workplace information
• Financial settings: Hourly wage, tax settings, payroll preferences
• Goals: Monthly income targets and related calculations
• Workplace information: Names and settings for multiple workplaces

Automatically Collected Information

We work with third-party services that may automatically collect certain information:

• RevenueCat: Processes your in-app purchase for Premium features. They may collect purchase information and device identifiers to manage your subscription status.
• Apple iCloud: If you enable iCloud sync, your shift data is synced through Apple's iCloud service to keep your data in sync across your devices.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively to:

• Track and display your shifts and income
• Calculate earnings, goals, and financial projections
• Sync your data across your devices (if you enable iCloud)
• Manage your Premium purchase status
• Provide customer support when you contact us

Data Storage

All your shift and financial data is stored locally on your device. We do not have servers that collect or store your personal information.

If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account and synced across your devices using Apple's secure infrastructure. We do not have access to this data.

Third-Party Services

RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases. RevenueCat may collect and process information related to your purchase, including device identifiers and purchase receipts. Please review RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for details.

Apple iCloud

If you choose to enable iCloud sync, your shift data is stored in your personal iCloud account. This data is encrypted and managed by Apple. Please review Apple's Privacy Policy for details.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

• With RevenueCat, solely to process your Premium purchase
• With Apple iCloud, if you enable sync functionality
• As required by law or to protect our rights

Data Security

Your data security is important to us:

• All data is stored locally on your device with iOS security protections
• Premium users can enable Face ID/Touch ID app lock for additional security
• iCloud sync uses Apple's end-to-end encryption
• We do not transmit your shift or financial data to our servers

Your Rights and Choices

You have complete control over your data:

• Access: All your data is visible within the app
• Export: Premium users can export their data to PDF or CSV
• Delete: You can delete individual shifts or all data from the app settings
• iCloud sync: You can enable or disable iCloud sync at any time
• Uninstall: Deleting the app removes all locally stored data from your device

Children's Privacy

ShiftFlow is designed for users of all ages, including minors who work legally. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children except the shift data they enter into the app, which remains stored locally on their device. Parents and guardians should supervise minors' use of the app.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

International Users

ShiftFlow is designed primarily for users in Israel. If you use the app from other countries, please note that your data is stored locally on your device or in your iCloud account according to Apple's data handling practices.
